Tune The Chello lost very little in defeat when finishing a close second in the four-year-old mares’ maiden at Inch on her only start to date for Ashleigh Murphy. The daughter of Ask was never too far away from the pace and jumped well throughout in the hands of Tiernan Roche. The debutant caught the eye travelling well and holding every chance jumping three-out. This taking bay picked up smartly with the winner from the penultimate obstacle before battling on gamely in the closing stages, rallying all the way to the line. This was certainly a very promising debut from what looks to be an above average type for the future.
