Wingin A Prayer improved on his first two starts to win the 2m 4f Open Maiden point-to-point at Heslaker on 4th May. The four-year-old son of Winged Love jumped and travelled well behind the leader and took up the running approaching the last and stayed on well to win going away at the line for Huw and Simon Edwards. He now looks set to continue his progression under rules for new connections.
