Ridden by Noel McParlan, this six-year-old quickened clear of his nearest rivals, off the strong pace to run out a comprehensive eight-length winner. Having previously found success around Portrush in a winners of two and at Armagh in the older geldings’ maiden, this €6,500 store has certainly shown plenty of promise to date. The son of Royal Anthem should be well capable of continuing his winning form when transitioning to the track in due course.
