This son of Hillstar ran with credit on his debut when a close up third in a top notch Ballyraggett maiden behind the exciting Mossy Fen Road. It was a race run in a time seven seconds faster than the average time on the day and whilst this fellow was a little inexperienced when the race developed he stayed on nicely all the way to the line. It seems certain he will have learned a lot from this outing and is one to expect notable improvement from next time and in future outings. His dam is a sister to a near unique racing talent in Wicklow Brave who won a classic along with a Grade 1 bumper and indeed a Grade 1 hurdle. Such versatility in the family augers well for this fellows future options.
