Jackson Hill made a most encouraging start to his career when placed 2nd in the bumper at Ballinrobe on 13th April. The 4yo son of Jeremy was held up in rear and travelled kindly in the hands of Jamie Codd before making good headway half a mile from home and stayed on well in the home straight to be placed 2nd. He looks sure to progress from this promising debut effort and must go very close in a similar contest next time.
