This son of Gold Well put in an eye-catching performance on debut at Dromahane in May to finish in fifth and only eight lengths behind the impressive winner, TheBigCleanUp. The Shay Slevin-trained O’Hanrahan Bridge looked at home on the good ground conditions and followed up this run with a deserved victory at Kinsale when seeing off his closest challenger, De Name Evades Me, by five lengths. Ridden patiently for much of the race, the Shane Fitzgerald-ridden winner took up the lead at the second last fence before going clear approaching the final fence. He travels well and he's a staying type that should make his presence felt over distances close to three miles on the racetrack with another season under his belt.
