Lot 513A: the wildcard entry by Jukebox Jury and out of Soeur Dee, is sold by Burgage Stud for €35,000.
The gelding was bought by JJ Bowe and he said: ""She's going to Sam Curling. She's a gorgeous model and a great goer. The full-brother [McLaurey] is supposed to be very good. He won his point-to-point and J.P. [McManus] has him with Emmet Mullins. Hopefully we can go the same route." (18:31)
Lot 510: "Quality," said Steven Crawford when asked to describe the son of Wings Of Eagles after he paid €45,000 for the gelding.
He added: "The gelding is quality through and through, you would probably prefer another inch on him, but he would have been more expensive then! I like his page and we have had a bit of luck with the sire, he is a new sire to us but all the ones I have seen by him have been athletic. This horse is athletic, he has quality and conformationally he is correct and conformation is important to us. I knew whoever bought him if I had not bought him, he would be dear."
He continued: "I did not get everything I wanted this summer so I came into the sale with the kitty intact and I knew when I saw a horse I liked I could press on – did I think I would have to go for €45,000 for this horse? Probably not, but in my head I was prepared to go to that before we came in. I picked up a nice Shirocco yesterday and, for me, they were the two I wanted here. Time will tell!"
That "bit of luck" with one by Wings Of Eagles came via the gelding bought at this sale last year by Ross Crawford for just €1,250. He was named Marlacoo, went on to win a Down Royal bumper and was sold at the Tattersalls Cheltenham May Sale for £85,000. (18:22)
Lot 506: Matt Coleman and AJ O'Neill, who have had to depart Fairyhouse for a flight home delegated bidding duties to Tattersalls' Niamh Spiller for this gelding by Mahler, and, giving instructions over the phone, the mission was successful at €23,000.
The gelding, who is out of a Silver Patriach half-sister to multiple Grade 2 winner and graded placed was sold by Cabragh Lodge, who pinhooked the gelding as a foal at the November NH Sale paying just €3,500. (18:11)
Lot 498A: British trainer Jeremy Scott makes a second purchase at the 2024 July Store Sale, theWest Country-based trainer going to €28,000 for the son of Getaway from Moanmore Stables.
He is a half-brother to the graded race performer Nina The Terrier and out of the Westerner mare Shees A Dante, a half-sister to the eight-time winner Gods Own, a three-time Grade 1-winning chaser, and the graded placed horses Ginny's Destiny and Working Title. (17:45)
Lot 468A: the wildcard entry Kiss Rose is bought by Ian McCarthy for €15,000.
Sold by Liss Farm, the gelding is by Team Flight, a Camelot stallion, who stands in France at Haras du Grand Chesnaie and whose first crop are four-year-olds of this year.

Lot 448: "He's been bought for Charles Byrnes," said Richard Downes after spending €33,000 on the Poet's Word gelding from Loughview Stud. "We like the horse he has some quality and we like the sire, too."
The gelding, born in April, is a half-brother to two winners and is out of a half-sister to Line Ball, a Grade 3 winner and Grade 1-placed over fences, and Rocco, who was a Listed winner of the Badger Ales Chase at Wincanton and Grade 2-placed over hurdles at Cheltenham.
It is the extended family of Mighty Mogul, Court Leader, Ballynagour and Mae's Choice. (16:13)
Lot 411: the already-named Allroadsleadtorome (Golden Horn) is bought by David Carter from Hyde Park Stud for €24,000.
He said: "He is staying in Ireland and he's going to John McConnell. He's our first purchase today. I didn't think we were going to get him, but we went our last €1,000 and he was ours.
"We just liked the pedigree and the horse. John's partner is Amy Crook and we have horses with Andy Crook in England. I don't mind the horse's name [Allroadsleadtorome] but it's the only downside of the purchase."
He is the second foal out of the Dansili mare New Desire, dam of Roaring Gallagher, a winner at two ad fourth in the Beresford Stakes (G2).
Third dam is the Group 1 winner Hellenic, the dam of four Group winners, including the champions Islington and Greek Dance. (15:42)
Lot 388A: a busy sale ring welcomed this gelding by Order Of St George and there was no hanging around, the bidding kicking off at €20,000.
The figures shot forward and the bidding developed to a match battle between the point-to-point trainers Matty Flynn O'Connor and Rob James, standing opposite sides of the sale ring. The former succeeded at €65,000 with James, who was by the acorn, just left to give a wry smile at losing out on the bay gelding.
"He was our pick over the two days, and it seems a lot of others thought so, too!" smiled O'Connor, who signed under his Ballycrystal Stables banner alongside Ger O'Connor. "He is a big, scopey stamp of a horse and he just missed his slot at an earlier store sale. I have not had any by the sire before but have three for this season. All in, I shall have about 50 or 60 pointers for the next season with around 15 for the autumn."
The gelding is out of the Shernazar mare Miss Cilla, the dam of two winners from three runners. She is a half-sister to the three-time Grade 1-winning hurdler Peddlers Cross, whose top level victories came in the Neptune Investment Novices Hurdle (G1), the Fighting Fifth Hurdle (G1) and the Mersey Novices Hurdle (G1).
He was sold by the Hoare family's Mount Eaton Stud having been purchased at the November NH Sale as a foal for €21,000. (14:21)
Lot 370A: the Sholokhov wildcard entry is heading into training with British-based trainer Seamus Mullins, bought by Andrew Cocks / Tara Johnson as a racing prospect for €30,000.
The team also bought yesterday, spending €12,000 on Lot 94, a gelding by Blue Bresil, offered by Glen Stables
"We have had horses with Seamus for over 20 years," laughed Cocks. "Most of the horses go to him, they will be broken and we will sort plans out as they start work."
Mullins added: "Andrew and Tara have had horses with me for a long time, they are patient owners and will need to be with this horse as he won't be early and he will be worth the wait. He is by a good stallion, this is a good stamp of a horse, delighted to have him coming back to us."
The bay gelding is out of the Stowaway mare Marmalade Mist, a half-sister to the Punchestown Champion Bumper (G1) winner Blow By Blow, also a Grade 3 winner over hurdles and Grade 1 placed over fences.
It is the further family of the Grade 1 RSA Novice Chase winner Cooldine, who was also placed three times in Grade 1 chases, as well as the 2023 Grade 2 and Grade 3 winners The Big Bite and Wouldn't You Agree. (13:52)
Lot 355: the penultimate gelding to be offered at the July Store Sale by the Grange Stud-based sire Vadamos, who was standing at Tally-Ho Stud when this three-year-old was conceived, makes €13,000. He was sold by Ballintry Stud.
His dam Lola d'Haguenet, who ran in France, has had one winner and one point-to-point winner from three runners. She is a Khalkevi half-sister to Mikael D'Haguenet, winner of the three Grade 1 hurdles – the Ballymore Novices Hurdle at The Festival, the Champion Novices Hurdle (G1) at Punchestown and the Navan Novices Hurdle (G1) at Navan. He was also twice placed in Grade 1 chases.
Vadamos' progeny made the breakthrough at Grade 1 level over hurdles last winter – his Gordon Elliott-trained son King Of Kingsfield finished second in the Royal Bond Novice Hurdle (G1). (13:33)
Lot 334: trainer Shark Hanlon, one of the stars of the first episode of ITV's docuseries Champions: Full Gallop with Hewick's success in the King George VI Chase (G1) at Kempton last Christmas, goes to €15,500, for the Jukebox Jury half-sister to the Listed-winning, Grade 1 runner-up Minella Crooner, and the Grade 2 hurdle performer L'Aigle Royal.
They are two of four winners out of the Monsun mare Laren, who won on the Flat in Germany and was successful at Listed level over hurdles.
The purchase was signed under Paddy Hanlon's name – he is the 17-year-old son of Shark and has ridden four winners under Rules.
The filly was sold by Thistletown Stud (Agent) for Niall Tennyson. (12:20)
Lot 327: the Maxios filly offered by Ballinclay Stud is sold for €16,000. She is out of the Fame And Glory unraced mare Lady Legacy, and from the family of the good runners Pairofbrowneyes, a two-time winner of the Leinster Chase (G1), the Grade 2 novice chase winner Master Of The Hall, as well as the Grade 2 chase winner The Long Mile and the two Cheltenham Festival winner Samcro.
Reppoc Beech Ltd is listed as purchaser, the team having also purchased Lot 67, a gelding by Jet Away sold by Acorn Stud. (12:02)
Lot 290: Nathaniel, who has such a good record with his fillies, enjoyed a fantastic weekend with the Irish Oaks (G1) win for You Got Me, and Syndicates.Racing goes to €16,000 for his filly offered here out of Isabella Glyn (Sadler's Wells). She is dam of two winners, as well as the dam of the Norfolk Stakes (G2) winner The Ridler.
The family also boasts successful Group race form on the Flat achieved by Trumbaka, winner of the Prix Corrida (G3) and the Prix de Flore (G3), and Emaraaty Ana, winner of the Sprint Cup (G1).
The filly was sold by Ballymarkham Stud. (11:24)
Lot 284: the second lot in to the ring yesterday by Harzand fetched €20,000 bought by Kingsfield Stud / Crossgales Stables, and Skehanagh Stable-based trainer Sam Curling goes to €10,000 for this lot by the son of Sea The Stars.
The April-born gelding is the second foal out of the unraced Montjeu mare In The House from the family of the champion three-year-old stayer and 12-time winner Millenary, winner of the St Leger (G1) and placed twice in the Irish St Leger. (11:20)
Lot 287: the gelding by Telescope, who had such a strong season through 2023-24, highlighted by the victory of Slade Steel at Cheltenham, and the second foal out of the Listed-winning and Cheltenham Festival Grade 1-placed chasing mare Indian Stream (Generous), is bought by Terence Thomas Steele for €38,000, underbidder was Tom Malone.
Sold by Ballincurrig House Stud, the gelding was pinhooked by Ruth Brown and John O'Loughlin for €14,000 as a yearling when offered by Bryan Mayoh at the November NH Sale in 2021.
Steele, from Balyinahinch, Co Down, said: "He's a racehorse, I hope! We'll take him home and see how he goes. We might start in point-to-points, but I don't know. I paid more than I expected, and we will decide on a trainer later." (11:13)
Lot 275: Matt Coleman starts early, the agent standing by the bidders board with AJ O'Neill, goes to €24,000 for the Shirocco filly from Gatelodge Stables.
"Jonjo has had some luck with fillies by including Minella Rocco, the sire has been good for them," said Coleman. "Warrantor and Thebarrowman, who are both in the second dam, were both Saturday horses. She is a very sweet filly, she has loads of quality but still a bit immature and I see her as a longer term project over staying trips, it is quite a staying pedigree. She has got lots of style and is a very good mover."
It is a second lot bought by Coleman at the sale, the agent spending €2,000 on Lot 139 a gelding by Youmzain from Grangeduff Stud.
The July Store Sale has been good for Coleman – he purchased this year's back cover star Gwennie May Boy for €20,000 in 2021. (10:25)

Day 1
Lot 228A: the Brook Lodge Farm-consigned filly by Sir Percy is bought for €30,000.
She has a fine pedigree being a half-sister to two Grade 1 winners – the Grade1 Aintree juvenile hurdle winner All Yours and the Mersey Novices Chase (G1) hero Lac Fontana.
"We will break her in and see what she shows us, but she might go straight to stud," said Longford-based McGrath. "She has a great outcross pedigree so we will have plenty of options." (18:23)
Lot 220: "I have not had anything by Wings Of Eagles before," said Denis Murphy after spending €31,000 on this three-year-old gelding by the Derby winner and Coolmore sire , adding: "I liked what I saw of them running this spring."
He continued: "This horse is light on his feet, and I only saw him when he came up here. I have not had anything from the family but it is a good staying pedigree, and he goes pointing."
Dam Finisk Mist (Mahler) is an own-sister to The Big Dog, winner of the Munster Chase (G1), and a half-sister to Saddlers Encore (Presenting), winner of a Grade 3 handicap hurdle at Sandown. (18:04)
Lot 184A: the wildcard entry and Bay View Cottage-consigned Shirocco gelding is bought by the Crawford Bros for €26,000.
He is a fourth foal and a grandson of the great mare Absalom's Lady, the winer of ten races, three Listed hurdle races and two chases. She was also placed 15 times over hurdles and three times over fences. She is dam to two black-type performers – Bob Bob Bobbin and War General, both placed in Grade 2 races.
The gelding was pinhooked by Tom Fleming for €8,000. (17:14)
Lot 154A: a trip to the Tattersalls Ireland July Sale has proved a worthwhile mission for British trainer Jeremy Scott.
"I came here not necessarily expecting to buy a horse for an owner," said the West Country-based trainer. "I have not had an order all year for a three-year-old store, but as I got here someone phoned me and said she was interested in getting a horse – she had retired a horse last year and wanted a replacement. This a lovely-looking horse and he has a good consistent pedigree. He will go to Martin Collins to be broken, then possibly back to the owner for a break and then to us for the spring."
The Malinas half-brother to the Grade 2 chaser Brideswell Lad and the Grade 3 Ladbrokes Handicap Chase winner Cloth Cap, from the family of Strath Royal, Niche Market and Artifice, was bought by Scott for €32,000 and was sold by Chris Jones' Killeen Glebe. (16:15)
Lot 153: although jockey Rob James had the misfortune to be unseated off Java Point at the first at Lismore when the Colin Bowe-trained Stowaway gelding made his point-to-point debut in 2019, what little time the leading point-to-point jockey spent sat on the horse gave him enough encouragement to spend €27,000 (with Ballycrystal Stables) on his Feel Like Dancing half-brother sold today by Tullycanna Stables.
Admittedly, as Java Point, who is now a nine-year-old, has gone on to run another 26 times, win on his next start pointing at Oldtown as well as collect five races under Rules, achieve a BHA rating best of 133, and earn over €82,000 in prize-money there is quite a lot more for James to like about the half-brother.
When Java Point was the winner of just one hurdle (though he had been placed numerous times), Shane Roche of Tullycanna Stables bought the 2021-born half-brother in a private sale.
"He was always a nice foal and I like sires by Galileo, all the horses I have dealt with have been genuine sorts," said Roche, who is from County Wexford. "The dam is a Monsun mare and Java Point is a good horse – I have only seen him run on television, but from what I can see they do look similar sorts."
The pedigree that has not just progressed via Java Point, Feel Like Dancing, who stands at Whytemount Stud, got his first Grade 1 winner, in fact, his first graded winner of any level, with Dancing City's wins at the Aintree and Punchestown Festivals. The Willie Mullins-trained seven-year-old was also third in the Albert Bartlett Novices Hurdle (G1). (16:00)
Lot 141: by Shirocco, out of the Castle Genie (Beneficial) and consigned by Rathbarry Stud, which stands the sire, this three-year-old gelding makes €15,000.
Castle Genie was a winner over fences and is an own-sister to Adams Island, a winner of a bumper as a five-year-old, a winner over hurdles as a six-year-old, a dual winner over fences and a runner-up in the Pendil Novices Chase (G2).
It is also the family of Colm's Rock who won an amazing 17 times, including one Listed race. (15:15)
Lot 118: is bought by trainer Cian Collins for €36,000. The gelding is by Valirann and is the second foal out of the Brian Boru mare Blanaid Of Ossory, a half-sister to Major Malarkey, a seven-time winner and placed in the Midlands National (G3), and to the dam of the two-time Grade 1-winning chaser Banbridge.
"For us he is the nicest horse here today and we were not leaving without him," said Collins. "He has the physique and the pedigree, Banbridge was a good horse. He has been bought for an owner in the yard, and we will get him home, break him in and see then where we might head with him – either go pointing or look at the bumper route. I have had a couple by the sire but this is by far the nicest."
Collins has bought successfully at the mid-summer store sale at Fairyhouse before. At the August NH Sale in 2021 under the banner Robinstown Stables he paid just €1,500 for a gelding by Dylan Thomas. The now six-year-old was subsequently named Fiveonefive, has won four races, finished in the placings six times, is rated 132, has picked up over £68,000 in prize-money and is due to run in next week's Grade 3 Galway Hurdle.
The gelding was sold by A.C. Bloodstock. (14:28)
Lot 102A: the point-to-point field beckons for the already-named Lord de Choisel, a three-year-old gelding by Great Pretender bought by Eoin Doyle for €26,000.
"We liked him as soon as we saw him, is one we can crack on with and, hopefully, we'll be able to Cheltenham next spring for resale," said Doyle.
The gelding is out of the Flemensfirth dam Beautiful Choisel (Sageburg) and was sold by Mocklershill Stables.
It was one of the fastest-ever pinhook sales – the gelding was purchased just 24 days ago in France for €10,000, the plan always being to reoffer at the July Sale.
Michael Browne from Mocklershill said: "This was the plan and thank god it has worked out. He is a nice sort. He came from France a bit light so we have been stuffing him full of grub. He has taken everything really well and has a great temperament."
The gelding is a half-brother to two multiple winners in France and is from the family of the talented black-type winners Gaspara, Larry and Mr Thriller. (13:50)
Lot 94: the three-year-old gelding by Blue Bresil, sire of such star NH horses as the Grade 1 winners Constitution Hill, Blue Lord, Royal Pagille, Inthepocket, Good Land, L'Autonome and Mick Jazz, sells for €12,000 to Andrew Cocks / Tara Johnson.
The gelding is out of the Kayf Tara dam Ballinahow Tara, the dam of two winners from four runners, including the multiple winner Goodwon Racing. The mare is a half-sister to the Emma Lavelle-trained Court By Surprise, a four-time winner with the Listed Badger Ales Chase at Wincanton included in the quartet of victories. (13:27)
Lot 67: by Jet Away and out of the four-year-old chase winner Adarenna (Nayef), the dam of two 2024 point-to-point runners from two foals, makes €18,000.
Adarenna, who was bred by The Aga Khan's Studs, is a half-sister to Jasikan (Bated Breath), a restricted race winner in the US, and placed third in the La Jolia Handicap (G3) at Del Mar.
The best so far by Jet Away (Cape Cross) is the Willie Mullins-trained Brandy Love, winner of the Mares Novice Final Hurdle (G1) at Fairyhouse, and a Tattersalls Cheltenham February Sale graduate, bought by Mullins and Harold Kirk for £200,000.
The gelding was bought by Reppoc Beech Ltd. (12:44)
Lot 54: out of the mare Wild Rhubarb (Hernando), the Soldier Of Fortune April-born gelding makes €18,000 and is bought by Thomond O'Mara, who signed under the banner Kilronan.
Wild Rhubarb won three times and her first foal Soldier Unknown was point-to-pointing last season for Colin Bowe and then Alan Hill in the UK for whom he won three races. (12:25)
Lot 45: the Berkshire gelding from Mount Prospect Stud makes €28,000 and is bought by Harry Goff, son of point-to-point trainer Mick Goff.
Berkshire (Mount Nelson), winner of the Royal Lodge Stakes (G2) and the Darley Stakes (G3), stands at Kedrah House Stud and his oldest crop are five-year-olds of this year.
Harry started riding in points this spring and has kicked home two winners.
"He has a lovely loose walk and I have had a bit of luck with the sire," said Mick Goff. "Harry wanted to get involved with a few pointers and this horse fits the bill. He was the nicest horse I saw today and we underbid on a couple. We are back tomorrow and have few to follow through." (11:41)
Lot 25: by the Haras du Grand Courgeon-based sire Joshua Tree, a 17-year-old son of Montjeu, this bay gelding from Shanaville Stables makes €16,000, bought by Jim McDonnell.
The bay gelding is out of the Beneficial mare Tipping On, dam of one hurdle winner from one runner – Magical King, a son of Diamond King and winner for British-based trainer Stuart Edmunds in February. (11:19)
Lot 17A: the first wildcard entry, a bay gelding from Stone Lodge Stud and by Soldier Of Fortune, makes €18,000 and is bought by Brian Hamilton.
The three-year-old is the second foal out of The New Mistress (Oscar), an own-sister to The Newest One, Grade 2 placed over hurdles, and a half-sister to The New One (King's Theatre), winner of 20 races and such a regular in all the top races through the six years between 2012 and 2018 for his trainer Nigel Twiston-Davies. The gelding won over £1 million in prize-money earnings and three times at the highest level, including the Neptune Investment Hurdle (G1) at The Festival. (10:47)
Lot 1A: the first wildcard entry in the July Sale, and the second lot through the ring, this gelding by Harzand is bought by Kingsfield Stud / Crossgales Stables for €20,000.
Sold by Brown Island Stables, the bay gelding is out of Talk To The Face (Milan), a half-sister to Roksana, winner of the David Nicholson Mares' Hurdle (G1) as well as three Grade 2 hurdle races. The daughter of Dubai Destination was also a Grade 1 placed five times.
The Aga Khan Studs-bred Harzand, winner of the Derby (G1) and the Irish Derby (G1), started his stud career at Gilltown Stud where he stood for six seasons, moving to Kilbarry Lodge Stud in 2023 to focus on production of NH stock. (10:30)

Named Quartunis, he is a half-brother to Cap Du Nord and Qualando, both with winning black-type to their names.
Donnchadh Doyle said: "He's a lovely looking horse and I had a bit of luck with a Tunis this year, so it's nice to replace him with another. I'm glad to get him and he cost a few pounds, but it's nice to have him. He's a big investment for our game, but I've been very lucky with Johnny Collins [vendor] before." (17:18)

Lot 283: becomes the most expensive store horse sold this year and the joint-second highest price horse ever sold at the Derby Sale when bought by Gordon Elliott Racing for €350,000.
Widely anticipated to be the top lot at this year's Derby Sale, a packed sale ring welcomed the good-looking bay Doctor Dino gelding and the three-year-old from Walter Connors' Sluggara Farm did not disappoint.
Bidding kicked off at €100,000, raced through to €270,000 with trainer Emmet Mullins on the telephone and bidding, Eddie O'Leary joining in the action at €275,000. The two traded blows, Mullins being the one to round up to €300,000, but it was the quick-bidding O'Leary, standing on the balcony and by the bid board with trainer Gordon Elliott and agent Mouse O'Ryan, who claimed the final honours at the €350,000 year's best figure. O'Leary signed the docket for Gordon Elliott Racing.
Elliott has had great success already with the gelding's half-siblings as trainer of the Grade 1 Future Novice Hurdle winner Caldwell Potter, who was sold at the Tattersalls Ireland Andy & Gemma Brown dispersal in February for €740,000, the ill-fated multiple Grade 1 hurdle and chase winner Mighty Potter, and the five-year-old mare Brighterdaysahead, winner of the Mersey Novices Hurdle (G1) in April.
"We have had most of the family and we have been very lucky and we are looking forward to him," said Elliott. "He is a very athletic horse, he is not too unlike Mighty Potter, he looks a nice sort and is for an existing client. We will be hoping we could bring him back for 'the bumper', that is the first plan."
With the horse safely back at the stable, Connors said: "I am obviously delighted, he was always a star horse in our mind and we were not going to come if he did not match his pedigree as we point-to-point our own horses anyway. I am delighted and thrilled that Gordon is training him as he has done so well with the family, and Eddie has been very good to us over the years – he bought Don Cossack and Quito De La Roque."
The 17-year-old dam Matnie, by Laveron, has produced five Grade 1 and 2 winners, all her runners to date and Connors updated the on her latest news.
"She has lost her foal already, but we will do our best by her, we appreciate what she has done for us, she earned her corner in the field," he said.
He added: "Izzy and Harry, two of my children, are interested and it has been a great family occasion for us. Shane and Rachel work in the yard with us and they have done a great job with him, they have managed to treat him just the same as any other horse." (15:02)
Lot 282: the gelding by Harzand from Oaks Farm Stables catches the buyers' eyes, and it was Tom Malone / Paul Nicholls who were successful at €185,000, the bidding having opened up at €50,000.
The gelding is a half-brother to Arizona Cardinal (Kayf Tara), winner of the Topham Trophy (G3), and out of Mathine, a half-sister to the Gold Cup (G1) and two-time King George VI winner Long Run.
It was a successful pinhook result – the gelding was bought by Church Farm for €80,000 in France last year as a two-year-old.
the gelding was bought as a foal from Mill House Stud at the November NH Sale for €50,000 by Lulsley Bloodstock.
Malone said: "He is a beautiful, beautiful horse, and his half-sister wins at Cheltenham, it is just a happening pedigree. I saw him last year in France as a two-year-old."
Of Harzand, he said: "I bought a very nice 25l point-to-point winner by him for Brocade Racing called Gentleman Toboot, I like the stallion and until I am proved wrong I am going to support him." (15:00)
Lot 279: the Kilminfoyle House Stud-consigned, March-born gelding by Goliath Du Berlais is bought by Grandeville Racing for €160,000.
He is out of the Grade 3 winner and multiple graded placed mare Martalette (Martaline), and was bought here as a foal at the November Sale in 2021 for €68,000 by JC Bloodstock.
Ger Morrin, who was taking instructions on the telephone ringside, outbid Gerry Hogan on the balcony in company with trainer Paul Nolan.
Morrin said: "We were planned to come up and buy a nice horse, and we loved the horse. Martin loved the horse, and Paddy Aspell liked him, too and he has a lovely pedigree.
"A brother-in-law of mine in France says this sire is very good, and well regarded.. This fellow won't take too long, he's not a fellow that will take forever. He will be a bumper and hurdle sort, and can go on to jump a fence, too."
The nine-year-old Goliath Du Berlais was a seven-time winner, his best result coming with a 14l success in the Prix Ferdinand Dufaure Chase (G1). He stands at Haras de la Tuilere currently at a fee of €7,500.
His first crop are three-year-olds of 2024 and he has already had eight winners. (14:55)
